let's ride

maybe tuesday?  wednesday?  what say you?

I found a bike in the garage.  It's a yellow beemer.  I'm thinking to myself "hey free bike you should go ride it".
 
Dude, I'd love too...but I don't have a bike....Well one for a good Mt run anyway.  I'm prolly a year away unless a good deal pops up.
 
It's ok I think I spoke too soon anyway.  I think I broke my foot yesterday and if that turns out to be true, then that means no riding for a few weeks.

Also, you've been a year away from a bike for six years now.

are you really gonna play the 'broke foot card' as an excuse NOT to go riding?

my lovely wife has a broken right ankle and a broken left toe, still walks a mile every afternoon!

my bike is ready to roll.............

It's my shifting foot, which complicates things.  But it's getting better day by day.  So yeah, now you've got me studying the forecast too.  :w00t:
 
I do have one of those "job" things but my new position will let me get away some  :D
 
Sounds like a plan.  Lemme talk to someone today first and see if I can make it an even foursome, like golf, only fun and exciting instead of tedious and boring.
 
I actually (surprise!) have a lot going on this week, but if you guys are up for it, let's start planning something for next week.  Maybe that'll give chutch and highway enough time to get off of work.  :D

What do you guys think about Thursday the 2nd?

Mike,

When are you normally in your shop?I scored a free little yamaha 80cc fourwheeler I need someone to look at. I'm tired of fecking with it. I had it running after a I resurrected it from a certain death in a basement. But I never had the carb right. Now I can't even get it to fire up. Don't know if it is the carb, valves, compression or what. It gets gas and has spark but It might be getting too much gas and flooding it out or something else.

my shop hours depend on what else I have to get done on any given day.
But I am there at some point every day.
