Track Day Was and kind of still is: CMP with PRE, June 4-5 *** But definitely is: Haikus

No passing (or outside only) in the kinks was a standard rule used by all orgs in all groups for a long time (CMP, Road Atlanta, etc.). Like most things, it fell off of the list and now we have what we have. Unless all of the riders are experts (none of us are) it should not be allowed. There is plenty of room to get it done before or after in both instances.

I've asked for this for years to deaf ears. As a paying customer, you could ask for it to be reinstated.

Great got passed by a CR and 3 people in first half of lap! Haha! I gotta work I can’t watch that anymore!

Thanks JAS this is excellent footage! Hopefully there is more to come. It actually looks like I’m hauling ass until you pass me! Haha!

I've been passed inside at the CMP kink by a coach, when there used to be a pretty big bump in there. His bike came off the ground and he went by swapping and headshaking left and right. It was all good (not really) because he was chasing another coach and they were having fun. Glanced down and I was going 98 mph. Needle-less pliers to say, I was plucking leathers out of my buttox like JAS.

You're welcome, and yes there's more to come!

Here's a fun one. Joe Dirt runs a passing drill with KK, followed by an oopsie on the front straight, followed by ... someone dancing?

The dufus in front of Karen immediately went over the blend line. Way to go! lol

Nice work, Karen!

JAS, you need to get KK to teach you those downshift blip skills she’s got!

Hey hey hey now, who do you think taught her that??!?

I've been experimenting this year with not blipping the throttle on downshifts, as I noticed that doing it sometimes introduces small changes to my braking pressure. It's fantastic with a slipper clutch (Princess) but without one - on a big-ish twin with a heavy-ish flywheel - it requires a bit of brainpower to do smoothly (Pigpen).

And anyone please feel free to give me your thoughts.
Your lines are great and your riding is super smooth. More seat time so you can start pushing the brake markers, and rolling on the gas sooner

I can’t blip with out the magic box so I really have no room to talk…. Have you tried doing clutchless up shifts? Just blip the throttle enough to take the next gear? Same concept as a quick shifter, except instead of the sensor cutting spark, you cut fuel with the throttle.
