Do tell, to what?

Went back to Boar's Head Tavern Ham, Boar's Head Roasted Red Pepper humus (with a teaspoon of smoked paprika added), and a Michael David wine. All are known quantities and in a shocking development, it turns out I liked all the things I already liked! :D

Neither the Boar's Head bourbon ham, nor the Boar's Head traditional humus (with added smoked paprika), nor the Frei Brothers Cab did it for me. 🤷‍♂️ But hey, you don't know until you try, right?

James May used it a lot in his trip to Japan a few years back.

OK I have to admit this: I had my mind blown the other day because I had no idea white button mushrooms were the exact same mushroom as portabellas. Harvested young they are white buttons, at middle age they are creminis, and at ripe old age they are portabellas. Who knew! 🤷‍♂️

So why don't we see people eating Portobello mushrooms at track days? Besides the fact that they are awful (I can't stand mushrooms)
